Hypnosis (also called hypnotherapy) has been studied for a number of conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), state anxiety (e.g., before medical procedures or surgeries), menopausal symptoms, hot flashes in breast cancer survivors, headaches, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Hypnotherapy has been my passion for a very long time. I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist (certificate obtained after 250 hours of training from Hypnotherapy Training Institute of Northern California, USA; approved by the State of California).
